Almost everything we have on our website is in stock and ready to be shipped right away. It’s the most up-to-date we have. However, mistakes do happen, and this information is not a guarantee or promise that this item will be available.

We will let you know right away if a product you ordered can’t be shipped. You will be able to cancel your order or choose another product. Delivery dates are subject to change because they depend on our suppliers and other things we can’t control, like the weather.

Faulty goods

We pride ourselves on quality control and check all products before sending them. In the rare instance any item contains an accidental fault we will replace it. The postage costs incurred for replacing the faulty item will be met by us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so that we can discuss it.


For items that are in stock it depends on where you are. Deliveries are made each business day, and most items are posted the same day payment is received. The delivery time does depend on Australia Post and your area, but as a general rule we have always found it to be very efficient. Please note that all care is taken packaging your order securely, however we do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage during shipping.

Methods of payment

Paypal: The quickest and easiest way to order is through our secure online store by our secure online PayPal payment system. You do not need a PayPal account to pay us for your purchases. If you have any concerns please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We do ask that if you are making a direct debit for your purchase that you put either the invoice number or your surname as the reference. This will allow us to quickly process your order as we will know that payment has been made by you.

Unpaid items

When a payment is not received within 1 week of your order being placed we will email you. If no response is received and no payment has been received within 2 days on contacting you, the order will be cancelled and the items made available for purchase.

Store Policy

Due to the fast pace of the consumer products industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, but mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. When you order an item that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the price increase. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order or choose an alternate product.

We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally, mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability, and offers are subject to change without prior notification. Product photos are representative only and product appearance and/or packaging may vary.

We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors.


Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for goods purchased if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. There are strictly no refunds for items which have been worn, used, opened or damaged (including damaged/soiled packaging). Goods that are returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase along with the reason for their return. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Sorry, but we do not refund postage/shipping costs on returns. Return postage/shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent by us.
